Here at Haddican & Sass HQ, our aim is to provide great quality candles with the environment in mind. All our candles are 100% soy wax, our jars are recyclable and re-usable, our wicks are cotton and clean-burning and our fragrances are phthalate-free and animal cruelty free.

Where are we made?
All our candles are handmade in Delph, which lies in the heart of Saddleworth in the foothills of the Pennines. Saddleworth was once part of the historic West Riding of Yorkshire and many of the old traditions still remain including the Saddleworth Band Contest, Yanks weekend, the Rushcart festival and Yorkshire day.
Saddleworth encompasses the villages of Austerlands, Delph, Denshaw, Diggle, Dobcross, Friezland, Grasscroft, Greenfield, Grotton, Lydgate, Scouthead, Springhead and Uppermill and lies east of Oldham and just 11 miles northeast of Manchester.
