Shipping & delivery
We aim to respond and ship orders within 3 days of your order and use various postal providers for our shipping depending on the size of your parcel.
The fully tracked and insured service allows you to follow your parcel every step of the way. You can also sit back and relax knowing your parcel is in safe hands.
During busy periods it may take us a little longer to dispatch your orders, should you have any questions please contact us.
Candle returns
We hope that you’ll love your candles, but if you have any problems at all, or the product you received is not what you expected, we are always here to help. Contact us on hello@haddicanandsass.co.uk for assistance and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Unless arrangements are made with us, you cover the cost of the return.
